So as a major publisher one simple problem we have is the existing infrastructure is somewhat inflexible t change. We also have some terabytes of data where it comes to articles, versions and Assoicates metadata so rolling out new fields can be a complex process.
Anyone have stories or models of how to iteratively implement PIDs at scale or how to update a Schema at scale?
