RDA-NL in collaboration with 4TU, DataCite, FREYA, ORCID, and SURF would like to invite you to a workshop focused on Persistent Identifiers (PIDs).
The event will take place on November 20, 2019 in The Hague, The Netherlands.
In the workshop, we will provide an overview of the value of PIDs and the different PID types available, followed by demonstrations of PID implementations and examples of how to successfully increase PID awareness. After lunch, we’ll roll up our sleeves and break out in groups to start exploring what PIDs can do for you or your institution.

Who? Information Specialists, Librarians, Repository managers, CRIS managers, Policy makers, and everyone else interested in PIDs!
What? Presentations and interactive break-out sessions. Expect to go home with new PID plans!
