Hi everyone, I’m writing with my new(wish!) NISO hat on to let you know about our new NISO Plus conference, as we expect that PIDs will be an underlying theme of the conference (especially since we have speakers from Crossref and ORCID already lined up!).
Our goal is to make this new event as inclusive as possible of everyone working in the information community — publishers, vendors, librarians, archivists, product managers, metadata specialists, electronic resource managers, and others. It’s a unique opportunity for us to collectively work on solving our community’s existing problems, and to kickstart the conversations we need to have in order to prevent future problems from occurring. And we want you to be part of those conversations!
