Hello! I’m excited to have found this forum, and am learning so much about the intricacies of handles / DOIs 
Hopefully this is the right forum to ask this question.
Through Handle.Net Registry I see that there’s a 50$ a year fee for being able to issue handles. However, I don’t see anything about a per-handle fee. I know DOIs have a per-DOI fee. Is the 50$ a year the only monetary requirement for being able to issue handles?
